From the start, Don and the girls in the office were very accommodating and helpful, making it easy for me to work with them and my parents to make the applicable decisions. Don and his staff did not make us feel uncomfortable or pressured to commit to anything like so many companies do in order to get business. The group of guys who did the installation were awesome! They were professional, friendly, efficient, fast and did a great job. They really knew what they were doing and I can't believe they installed everything in less than 3 full days.
